Was disappointed in the morning services being cleared away early along with the expense. A bit noisy during team event and ax throwing on site. Was disappointed when I asked for late check out and was told I could only have an extra 30 minutes.

comfort of the room. I would be good to have discounted prices at the breakfast area. it was pricy to eat there and the hot food was cold and the toast was wet with greese. we only ate there once.

Cute property. Very clean! Nice staff! My ac didn’t work but that has nothing to do with the staff or the cleanliness. It was 1 night so no need to cry about it like most people who stay at hotels lol

Hotel has Tesla superchargers. Nice rooms but the $75 charge for a dog is excessive. Very easy access to I40 and I17.

Favorite Flagstaff hotel

Our favorite hotel when we stay in Flagstaf. Super clean. Rooms are spacious and very nice! Hotel staff very friendly and attentive. Love havung snow right outside our door in the courtyard for my sin to play in.

Nice hotel

Skied at Snowball and planned to drive home. It was a blizzard and decided to stay in Flagstaff instead of risking our lives. Great decision. Close to several restaurants clean nice staff. I was surprised when I checked in that there was a $6 parking fee. Since I had to park myself and the parking lot hadn't been plowed.

I did not like it that I requested at least 2 weeks in advance to have a connecting room. When we got there at around 11:00 in the morning, the person at the desk stated that they don't have connecting rooms. Then when we went in to check in we were told that you do have connecting rooms. They made it seem like because we were not a big party we did not get priority. Also the people above us was making so much noise that I walked to the desk to let them know that they were making alot of noise and it sounded like they were running all around and jumping. She said she would take care of it by sending someone up there. I let it go for another half hour. then I called the front desk and complained again.
