Enjoy the comforts of home! 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with 2-car driveway in a quaint, friendly neighborhood. The great room - a large kitchen opens to the dining and living room with high-ceilings - is the place to gather for jolly times! Beautifully painted concrete floors with in-floor radiant heat keeps the home cool during the hot summer and efficiently warm during the cold winters. The master bathroom will impress with Mexican hand-painted sink and tile shower. Both bathrooms and kitchen have been remodeled with new fixtures and tile flooring.
The tap water is some of the best you will ever drink since we're on a well! Neighbors often walk pets and children on our quiet street. A country store and tavern that serves excellent food are down the road. Downtown Flagstaff is only 15 minutes away with plenty of coffee shops, amazing restaurants, boutiques, artist galleries and so much more. National parks and monuments are close-by with one of the world's 7 Natural Wonders - the Grand Canyon - only 70 miles away and majestic Oak Creek Canyon and Sedona only 30 minutes away.

Wonderful place to meet for the holidays

My family and I had a wonderful time here over Christmas. The place was warm, inviting, and beautifully decorated for the holiday! Stasia when above and beyond to accommodate us -- when we realized we'd made our travel plans for a day early, she allowed us to book an extra night and rushed to get the place ready for us the day before our originally planned day. The kitchen was very spacious and allowed us plenty of room to cook dinner and bake Christmas cookies at the same time. We will be talking about Christmas 2018 for years to come!
