Thanks for staying with us! Please take a moment to review a few important guidelines:

🗑 Trash & Recycling
• Recycling pickup: Tuesday
• Trash pickup: Friday
Please place bins at the curb the night before and return them after pickup.

🚫 No Parties or Events
• Outdoor activities must move inside by:
 – 10 PM weekends
 – 9 PM weeknights
• We have noise monitors around the property. If noise is too high, you’ll receive:
 1️⃣ A text message
 2️⃣ A second alert after 15 mins
 3️⃣ A phone call if it continues
• We also have security cameras at the front and back of the property
• Please be respectful of neighbors at all times 🙏

🚗 Parking
• No street parking Nov 1–Apr 1 (snow season)
• Do not block the mailboxes

🚽 Plumbing & Kitchen Tips
Please do not flush:
• Wipes (even if labeled flushable)
• Paper towels
• Feminine products
Please avoid putting food, eggshells, or veggie scraps down the garbage disposal

🛁 Jacuzzi & Pond Safety
• Rinse off before using the hot tub
• No climbing on the rock waterfall
• Watch children closely near the pond
