We stay here every time we go to Flagler Beach. It’s prices fair, clean and close to everything. The only thing we disliked is that the room smelled like cigarette smoke this time.

Property needs updating very badly. First room dirty milk left in broken fridge toilet paper on seat. Changed rooms better. My kids feet were black from the floor. Staff incredibly nice and answered issues.

Was like from a horror movie. The room was in terrible shape. Cord on light fixture above bed was cut, no smoke detector and wires from it sticking out of hole, bathroom exhaust fan hanging down from ceiling, toilet roll holder broken so toilet paper set on back of toilet, only lights in room were a single bulb on wall with no cover over it located behind TV and one by air conditioner, orange (cheetos?) marks on bathroom door, stains on towels, holes with patch marks all over walls and doors, an old dirty delapitated chair, etc. No phone in room so went to talk to front desk and no one there at 7pm. Waited around a few minutes and walked around inside calling out to see if anyone was coming to front desk. No one around. Avoid this place.
