Perfect Beach Spot

If traveling with a small family I could not have asked for a better spot. Easy access to beach without the chaos of the high rise condos and tourist hotspots. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and a nice spot for my mother/daughter getaway!

The property is in a great location and has a lot of potential, however upon arrival I had to do some immediate cleaning before we could get comfortable.

Perfect Beach Haven

My favorite thing is the sunrise and sunset from the kitchen table or we could just walk a few steps across to the beach! We will definitely be back! Richard the host is very responsive and accommodating. We love Flagler Beach!

Great location

Great location and great price. The only thing I can negative if anything is that at night time it would get very hot, specifically after being out in the 🌞 sun, and the owner controls the AC from a remote area. Other than that, it's a great place to stay.

The appartment is MUCH more spacious than the pics show. Clean, very well-stocked, and you can't get closer to the ocean in Flagler Beach. Perfect place to chill--highly recommend. Rich was an exemplary host: attentive, helpful, and accomodating. Thanks Rich!

Spectacular Spot!

My husband and I needed a special place to reconnect and refresh. This home and the location were amazing. The home is super clean and decorated very nice. The beds were comfortable and cozy. We had everything we needed and could walk or ride our bikes to all of the famous spots. Our neighbors were quiet and friendly. We will stay here again.

Location was as far out of town as possible & across from the water. That was great. Apartment was sufficient in it's contents but a bit worn. Yard was in great need of a cleanup but had been stormy prior to arrival. Fit our needs & excellent communication with owner. Allowed us later checkout as flight was in the evening.

Perfect beach getaway

This property is exactly as described, the pictures are accurate and the layout is bigger than it looks! It was quiet, clean, close to the beach and the area was cute. Lots of great coffee shops nearby, short drive to Publix or a short walk to dollar general. I would definitely come back! Host responded to any questions I had almost as soon as I hit send on my phone.
