"The room was filthy with broken lamps, plastic bag over smoke detector, no running water in sink, stained curtains on door, bed linnens that set off an allergic reaction, old broken TV still in room along with new tv without remote. Filthy stoop, entrance to rooms behind building, disgusting chairs and cockroaches. There was no place in the room to even put something on that you wanted to keep clean, forget about an eating surface. I have ttaveled extensively in my 63 years and this was worse than a third world country. Don't stay here if you don't want to ruin your special getaway vacation like we did for our 15th anniversary."

"Perfect spur of the moment beach trip for my daughter‘s 18th birthday. We had a wonderful stay at this home! The space was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described, if not better! The kitchen was well stocked, and the living area felt really cozy — perfect for relaxing! Next-door was a quaint, coffee shop and steps away was an upscale wine tasting. I recommend both. Access to the beach is very convenient. I’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. "
