Upon arrival, guests can utilize the smart lock for an effortless check-in procedure. Please ensure that when parked, the vehicle does not obstruct the sea view from other properties.

To protect our premises, we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental screening provider.



Please ensure adherence to our house rules, maintaining quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00 and observing our no-smoking, no pets policy. It is also required that the property is cleaned prior to departure unless a third-party cleaning service was ordered. Instructions on trash disposal and parking will be sent before arrival. Manage your expectations accordingly, and have a fantastic time with us!



Note: Departure cleaning is not included in the rental price, but you can clean by yourself or we can arrange for a third party cleaning services. A deposit of 1500 SEK will be charged before arrival and returned within 10 days post-departure subject to no damages and cleaning requirements has been followed if departure cleaning not has been ordered. Please also ensure to adhere to our house rules, including quiet hours and no-smoking policy.



Bed sheets and 1 big towel is not included in the rental price, but we can arrange the same through a third party supplier if you order this in advance of your arrival. You can also bring your own bed sheets and towels.
