Que du bonheur

Séjour très agréable. Endroit charmant au milieu des oliviers, avec une superbe vue sur le Castello dell'aquila. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Gérants très sympathiques et serviables (bons conseils). Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Urige Finca mit genialer Aussicht

Die Anreise zur Unterkunft war sehr abenteuerlich. Nach einer langen Fahrt durch das Tal mussten wir an einer ganz kleinen, nur sehr schwer zu findenden Abzweigung auf den Berg hochfahren. Gleich vorweg für all diejenigen, die dorthin wollen: Das Fahrzeug darf nicht tiefer gelegt sein! Ein Feldweg mit nahezu 100% Steigung (also fast 45°) führte ca. 2 km nach oben und immer wieder Regenrinnen quer zur Fahrbahn, welche die Bodenfreiheit kpl. ausnutzten! Hier auch noch ein unerfreulicher Hinweis zur Suchmaschine von Hotels.com: 35km landeinwärts in einer gebirgigen Landschaft ist NICHT "in der Nähe" von La Spezia! Die Anfahrt dauerte eine geschlagene Stunde! Leider wurden wir (2 Familien a 4 Personen) auch nicht vom Verwalter empfangen, da es offensichtlich ein Korrespondenzdefizit zwischen ihm und dem Besitzer (Kontakt zu hotels.com) gab. Zum Glück konnten andere Gäste uns die Mobilnummer geben, da die angegebene leider nicht funktionierte. Nachdem dann diese Schwierigkeiten gelöst waren, wurden schnell die Zimmer vorbereitet. Das Frühstück war dann tagsdarauf mehr als übersichtlich, jedes Toastbrot oder Zwieback mussten einzeln geordert werden. Die Aussicht allerdings über die Berge war gigantisch. Die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig ausgestattet, die Betten klasse. Diverse Krabbeltiere gehören in einer solchen natürlichen Umgebung natürlich dazu. Leider wurde nachträglich ( diese war zur Zeit meiner Buchung noch nicht in der Beschreibung!) eine Reinigungspauschale über 50€ erhoben!

Fantastiskt

Fantastisk service och boende i turistfri miljö med god lokalproducerad mat. Underbar utsikt över dalarna och väldigt trevligt med många tips på lokala sevärdheter och vingårdar för den som frågar. Fina och mysiga lokaler. Tack!

Stay away

The location is absolutely beautiful. But despite our inquiry and telling them of acute allergies to cats, they did not advise us of the fact that they have cats. There was a strong sewer smell, no water in the taps on the second day and no service.

ulivi castelli e lucciole

incantevole soggiorno a mezz ora dal mare, tra ulivi e castelli e lucciole al tramonto...Vi accoglierà una gestione famigliare capace di farvi sentire a casa... Mi raccomando cenate qui! Ottimo e al giusto prezzo! L unica cosa è che per raggiungerò c'è una strada impervia ma si può fare!

un B&B perché au bout d'un chemin carrossable de 800 metres, un accueil trés sympa, possibilité d'y manger, une vue imprenable, pas de voisins, des chemin de moyenne montagne pour randonner, et situé à 40 minutes des 5 terres.

Tranquil retreat, with barking dogs.

This place was in a beautiful location. The bumpy road (1.5 km) could do with some repair. It could of been a peaceful and relaxing break, but I was awake every night because of the owners barking dog. I would shout to the dog to be quiet, but the owners of the hotel and dog never tried to stop the barking. Each morning, I was woken by screaming children. There are 3 barns/rooms. The owners family live in one. I'm sure with some care the place could be fantastic. There is no air conditioning or fans, so windows have to be open (but then you have to listen to barking and screaming). The TV did not work. The cooking hob, did not get hot enough to cook an egg. On arrival your passports are taken and kept for the duration of your stay, I wouldn't be happy with this if I was travelling in an all female group. They should take a copy and return your passport?
