「This is our 16th year vacationing at Hay Beach, but our first time staying at this property. The house is very confrontable and the layout is great, plenty of room for our family, 3 couples. The second level deck was the hangout, beautiful views of the sun rises with morning coffee, watching large pods of dolphins swimming 30 yards off the beach, eagles flying overhead and cocktails every evening. The guys fished from kayaks while the girls laid in the sun on the deck every day ... great...

「The stay was just perfect. We came with our own boat and it was easy to navigate to the house. The dock was 30 yards from the front door so easy to get out supplies to the house. (We did make use of the golf cart 😊). Neighbors are so friendly and they let us use their phone to call our family to let them know we arrived. Our cell phones did not work as it is a bit remote. We later found out that there is some coverage on the second floor of the house😁 Nevertheless we did not miss internet and...

「This property has some good qualities. For one, it is right on the water, and you have access to three small beaches and good fishing. It was nice to wake up and drink coffee next to the waves. The house was stocked and seemed to have everything we could’ve needed. However, for us, the negatives far outweighed the positives here. Most significantly to me, the property did not mention that the outdoor amenities - the fire pit, grills, and boats - are shared between you and the adjoining property....
