"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful home for a large family or group! The spacious living areas were perfect for gathering, and we especially enjoyed the large living room, dining table, and patio BBQ area. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, park/playground, restaurants, and shops. The house also has fantastic amenities, including ping pong, pop a shot basketball, and a pool table. Everything you need for a beach trip is provided, including plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and wagons for transporting your gear. The outdoor shower was a great bonus for rinsing off after the beach.Highly recommend this home for a fun and relaxing stay in Avila Beach!"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can’t beat the advantage of steps from beach and secure parking. Hosts are responsive, supportive; home is clean, equipped. Restaurant options local or short drive to SLO. Beach is kid-friendly and sunnier than Pismo.The only downside is the noise from Custom House (2 smaller bedrooms overlook their rear alley) first thing in morning and last at night."
