Our stay was enjoyable, though there were a few areas that could be improved. It would have been helpful to see photos of the surrounding areas online so guests could have a better sense of what to expect. The staff was friendly, and the food was excellent. However, the pillows had visible stains, which suggested they hadn’t been properly cleaned. The bathroom was decent, though there were occasional issues with the hot water cutting off. The views were stunning, and the bed was very comfortable. We did feel a bit ripped off when we paid $60 USD for two SIM cards, which seemed overpriced. Additionally, we decided to book our excursion through the hotel, but it wasn’t as seamless as we hoped. The property has great potential, but improvements in cleanliness and pricing transparency would make a big difference.

The hotel has a great location with a great view of the Pyramids. Most of the staff is really friendly, the girl in the lobby was super friendly and nice, best staff. The staff in the morning restaurant are also much nicer than the ones in the afternoon. The breakfast included was great and really abundant. You don’t need anything else. The only recommendations would be to put curtains in the shower so the water doesn’t spill all over. In general I would really recommend first times to stay in this hotel as it’s close, safe and in an exclusive area with extraordinary views of the pyramids.
