"I cannot recommend this hotel enough! from the very moment we checked in we felt welcome! I believe it was Vanessa at the front desk who checked us in. she had the most bubbly and welcoming personality! she gave us the run down on parking, amenities the hotel offered, how to get there, and any other questions we had she was insanely ready to help! the night staff was also wonderful! I frequent the iowa city area often and i will definitely be making this a reoccurring spot to stay as well as recommending it to anyone else coming this way! "

"Love the location. Outside the property is a walkable shopping and dining area. If you have small children there is a playground and splash pad for hot days right out front. Lots of options for grab and go food, sit down restaurants and outdoor patios for an afternoon happy hour! Parking is $15 and is at the city lot. Gym is large (not a run of the mill hotel gym at all), but could use some TLC for the benches. Lots of cardio equipment and free weights; and it’s open 24h. Definitely will stay here again!"
