Wonderful property, amazing hosts. 20 minutes outside of Florence center-easy to get a taxi. My family loved everything about our stay here!

Blood on the bed sheets and mold in the shower. This is a place I’d stay away from. CHotels Joy is just a few blocks away and great. We had a much better stay there.

The staff was amazing, they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful honeymoon suite with our own terrace that overlooked the square with incredible views of the city. The bar staff was so kind and very fun to spend time in after our city outing. Highly recommend for anyone that one that wants to be in the city and be close to amazing experiences that Florence has to offer!

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff and great location just outside hustle and bustle of Florence.

Firstly this hotel is on a side street and not easy to find. We arrived with two young children on an intense heat wave day to check in for a confirmed, family room booked through Expedia. At check-in we were told the air conditioning in our room was broken. They made no attempt to inform us in advance of the issue or rebook us into a different room. The front desk declined to move us to another room and offered only a refund — which doesn’t help when an equivalent room for the same dates now costs roughly double, leaving us to find and pay for alternative accommodation ourselves in peak summer heat. When we asked to resolve it with the manager, Giulia, the front desk would not call her directly and said they were unable to reach her; our own later attempts to contact her also went unanswered. This was not a weekend check-in or a late night check-in that the manager is not available. She had instructed the front desk not to call her. For a 4-star hotel at this price, being unable to provide a functioning air-conditioned room, refusing to relocate us, and leaving guests with no way to reach management is a serious failure. A carefully planned family trip, badly let down by rude staff and missing manager. Whoever owns this hotel should evaluate. The hotel itself is not a 4 star either at best a 1 or 2 star. We would recommend travels AVOID this hotel.
