「Called as we were going to check in very late and front desk very helpful walking through everything. Room was very cleaned and it was nice and quiet. Expensive for the property as it’s super old and a motel but it met our needs for one night.」

「I'm glad I'm only sleeping here and checking out early because Jet (no name tag but thats what another guest called him) was incredibly rude. I booked one reservation for 2 rooms but had 4 separate charges as they "couldn't be bundled." I then requested bottom floor rooms as we had a dog and a handicapped person with us. I was told no because "those aren't the rooms you reserved" so I asked about an elevator. They don't have one and when I explained that since they didn't have an elevator they...
