「Just what we needed. Wasn't too small, not too large. A little funky layout. On the 3rd floor of a small 4plex condo. Once into the apartment you go back down half a story to the beds and baths. 「Great location in town and next to the beach. Busy street but still quiet. No traffic at all after 6:30 pm. While the doors opened easily with codes, the door to Spinaker would not stay open with the door stopper on the floor. It was pushed over the threshold and locked up. Better remember your code! My phone was inside! Also, one of the cooking pans was filthy/greasy in the cupboard. I would stay again.」

「The property was perfection! The BEST location and absolutely immaculate and beautiful! The historic building has been lovingly restored and decorated with every detail in mind. We loved hearing the water lapping on the shore with gorgeous views of the water. The beds were very comfortable and there were ample pillows and blankets. The welcome bottle of wine was also a great amenity. We loved our stay and will definitely return.」
