9.4/10 Exceptional! (670 reviews)
My luggage didn’t make a connection and I was without it for three days. The concierge, Dorothea was super helpful. She went beyond and called everyone so that I can get my luggage before I leave for the next destination. They even let me stay at the hotel for extra four hours for free of charge while waiting for the luggage delivery.
