"our confirmed booking got cancelled when we were trying to get check-in details.We were left without a place to stay, for the 2nd time, with VRBO bookings.We are not happy and feel cheatted. This is a ghost flat"

"After a short taxi ride arranged by the owners, we were met by our charming local host, Laurence who, with the help of a porter led us through the myriad back alleys of the medina to a lovely house. The next day a young woman prepared us breakfast, and when we asked, a yummy dinner. Other than the initially off-putting state and smells of the area which one gets used to very quickly, it was a great stay. Manyn thanks especially to Laurence."

"This charming and authentic Riad is in a great location to explore Fes. Stairs to second and third floor are narrow and a bit tricky to navigate if you are older. The rooms are comfortable each with its own HVAC unit. Would highly recommend dining at Cafe Clock and taking a cooking lesson there with Chef Souad."

"Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mitten in der Medina! Einziges Manko: wegen des Ramadan haben wir kein Frühstück bekommen und mussten unser Essen selbst organisieren. Die Menschen waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!"

"The riad is beautiful, everything is new and very clean. There are thoughtful touches everywhere. The location is great, right in the heart of the medina. The breakfast is delicious, a typical Moroccan breakfast, super complete and freshly made. The two ladies at the reception are lovely and super attentive. Since it was our first time in Fez, they recommended the best places and helped us find a good guide to visit the old medina. We would definitely come back, and we will."

Great Place

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property is sooo beautiful, and our room was so comfortable. We really appreciated the breakfast each morning, and that they offered dinner (upon request). The location was perfect, and we could walk anywhere, and they even offered airport pick up, which was nice. Last, the staff was so kind and ever so helpful, and they really did make our stay wonderful. Thank you for everything :) "

"Wonderful, luxurious stay in the heart of the Old City of Fes. The staff was exceptional in every way. By dinner of our first day we were recognized and addressed by name. Nothing appeared to be any trouble. The Riad was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The dinning options were satisfying and ordering off menu was available (within reason). The front desk was helpful in arranging, city tours, drivers and guides. I would definitely stay here upon a future visit to Fes. "
