Very hard bed with plastic mattress protector which was very hot and noisy with every movement, aircon not working, bathroom extraction not working. Room clean and large.

Positives: Nice room design and very good WiFi connection, will clean your room everyday to a very good standard.
Cons: No guarantee that you’ll be able to check in by 15:00 (had to wait almost an extra hour), can’t change the temperature in the room and on many occasions it was too hot for us, some staff came across as quite rude. And collectively we didn’t go much on their breakfast in the morning so we only had it once.
It wouldn’t be our first choice to stay again should we return to Milan but there were positives to this place and I’m very confident there’s much worse hospitality.

It was just a great place to stay in Rapallo. Easy to get to, on the sea front, friendly and welcoming staff. The room was fresh and very well maintained as was the rest of the property. There was an excellent breakfast provided with a great choice for all tastes. Excellent value for money.
