Cons - room cleaning was patchy - full length windows were covered in 1m x 2m of greasy handprints when I arrived - a bit disgusting. Informed front desk staff on day 2, was told they would be cleaned, were not cleaned during my 5 day stay). Remainder of room was a bit dated, but clean
The area surrounding the hotel does not feel safe to go out after dark - ubers are cheap, but unless you need to be in this area consider staying closer to or west of ave Paulista where you could walk to restaurants etc in the evening if so choose"
