It sleeps 5 people with a double bed, a single fold-out cot, and a double sofa bed.



The apartment is located in the historic heart of Ferrara, the Castrum, also known as the Castello dei Curtensi.

Just a 5-minute walk from the oldest section of the city walls (Via del Baluardi) and 10 minutes from the Castello Estense, it’s the ideal base for experiencing the city in the most authentic way.



Unique open-concept space:



LIVING AREA: double sofa bed, TV, dining table. Fully equipped kitchen with conventional oven, gas stove, refrigerator, moka pot, electric kettle, various kitchen utensils, and dining table.

SLEEPING AREA: double bed, single fold-out bed, and closet.

BATHROOM: shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, hair dryer, and washing machine.



OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE: Unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, air conditioning.



PLEASE NOTE: Recycling and waste disposal are MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.

PETS:

Pets are allowed upon request, subject to a fee of 40 euros per stay for thorough cleaning.



TRANSPORTATION:

- From the Ferrara train station, you can take bus no. 1, 6, or 9 to the Giovecca Montebello stop, which is a 10-minute walk from the property;

- From Bologna Marconi Airport, you can reach the property in 40 minutes by car or taxi;

- The property is located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), and the most convenient free parking spots are on Viale Baluardi and Via XX Settembre, just a few minutes’ walk away.



The apartment is located within the ZTL (Restricted Traffic Zone) so you will be asked to provide your license plate number to gain access using the access pass that will be sent to you on the day of check-in.



USEFUL INFORMATION:

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Sundays



KEY PICKUP:

Key pickup is at our CLEANBNB Ferrara office at Via Montebello 46 B from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

After 7:00 PM, use the SELF CHECK-IN option (via keybox).

Check-in at the office is available from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM for a fee of 30 euros.

Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



Once you have completed these steps, instructions for accessing the apartment will be sent to you.
