"Rooms were ok, beds not super comfortable but lockers quite big - some of them weren’t working tho. Breakfast was awesome, buffet style with lots to choose from. The ladies running the breakfast and cleaning is lovely, so sweet and trying their best to communicate through google translate. The lady in the reception is not very nice and was being rude to me during my stay, for absolutely no reason. "O Hotel tem de tudo o que é necessário para relaxar e se divertir, localização bem próximo a praia com acesso exclusivo, com vista panorâmica a uma paisagem incrível, quanto ao serviço prestado só tenho elogios, com recepção ampla, área comum, piscina, sauna, spa, bar, restaurante e área de recreação. O quarto é espaçoso possui wi-fi, TV, frigo bar, armário e banheiro, tudo muito limpo e com a decoração agradável. O diferencial é que o atendimento se inicia antes mesmo do check – in, por isso fique atento ao seu e-mail cadastrado. Os funcionários são super atenciosos, educados e se comunicam nos idiomas português, inglês e espanhol o que facilita muito na comunicação com os hospedes. O café da manhã é uma surpresa a parte, tudo feito na hora e muito saboroso. Se eu retornaria lá, a resposta é sim. "

Own Buzios Beach Hotel

"We had a very mixed experience at Own Búzios. While the staff was initially very kind and the location is excellent conveniently across from a grocery store and easy to get around the room and maintenance issues were disappointing. We were first checked into a room with a shared bathroom despite booking a Premium Double. Once rectified, the second room had a broken AC. We eventually landed in a third room that felt quite run-down with stained sheets. The garden was poorly maintained, with high weeds and even mushrooms growing on the porch. The main positives were the very comfortable bed, a nice pool area for a post-beach swim, and the friendly initial welcome. However, these were overshadowed by a lack of property maintenance and a repetitive breakfast that seemed recycled over our four-day stay. Another down side m was the checkout experience where we were presented with an open bar tab. It felt like they tried to charge us for our "complimentary" welcome drinks, and the staff seemed irritated when we disputed it. Next time, I’ll likely try one of the nearby pousadas instead."

"There is a problem between the Hotel and Expedia. The room where the Hotel put us up was far different from the published photos. They downgraded us, saying that's what we had agreed to. I showed them the photos and my reservation, but the hotel insisted that is a Expedia problem. Anyway, at the end nobody solved the situation and we spent our vacations time and my wife's birthday in a horrible room. Far from what we expected."

"Frequento essa pousada a bastante tempo, ficando hospedado várias vezes. O grande diferencial era a possibilidade de frequentar as instalações do Insólito. Desta vez fui surpreendido pela necessidade de pagamento de R$250,00/dia/pessoa para uso do day use. A informação foi dada após a confirmação da reserva. Quando questionada a gerência foi informado q anteriormente constava a possibilidade e que retiraram essa informação. No serviço de café da manhã foi notada a queda da qualidade, pois com a pousada lotada havia apenas uma funcionária atendendo. Apesar de todo esforço da mesma nao dava conta com diversos pedidos esquecidos e não reabastecimento do buffet(faltou café, pães, frutas, etc). A piscina que agora é a única que pode ser frequentada não possuiu nenhum guarda sol(vital, pois não há nenhuma sombra natural) o serviço de bar inexiste. Paguei o day use, pois estou acostumado c serviço do Insolito. Infelizmente a pousada q já foi uma bela surpresa hj não me atende. "
