This is a spacious comforable property close to the ocean and to Bellingham. Yuriy is very responsive and a great host. This is a great value.

Relaxing stay

We loved our stay! Everything went very smoothly, and when we did have a couple of questions we got very speedy and helpful responses. It was a very quiet location, the access to Neptune Beach was such a grest bonus.

Very clean and welcoming

Stayed the weekend with my family. House was very clean and everything was as advertised. Back yard also a nice space with the zipline for kiddos. We'd definitely stay again.

Overall a great stay. place was very clean and dealing with hosts was a breeze. Our only complaint was a lack of enough dishes and glasses when family visited. We would recommend this place.

Everything You Need

My family had a comfortable, clean stay. Able to cook and watch the kids have fun on the zipline in the backyard. Perfect for families.

Great Place and Location

We were in the area for work and to visit family. The home was very comfortable, well stocked, had a zipline our niece's children enjoyd when they visited us and was in a nice quiet location. We will definitely rent here again when we return for a visit.

Very nice place to stay

Excellent place to spend our time with family, it was very clean, cozy and had a well stocked kitchen. But the stove didn’t work very well.

Home away from home

It was a great place to stay with our family. It was very cozy and had a well stocked kitchen. The kids enjoyed having a yard to play in and the zip line. Would definitely stay there again!

Very clean and well stocked, especially if you are planning to cook. Rapid communication with the host (though no issues) and overall comfortable stay.

Business trip

We extended our stay here because it truly felt like being at home. The house was clean, comfortable and super cosy! The 5 of us had a great time here and will definitely be back again in the near future. The super friendly host is always there if you need something. Thanks again Yuriy!😊

Great stay, all that was mentioned in the listing was accurate, we are here for business and decided to stay an extra 3 nights and the host was super helpful to make this happen. Would definitely come back next time! Thanks again Yuriy. We really loved staying in your home.

Yuriy was quick to respond to questions and provided requested information both prior to booking and checking in. Once checked in we did not have to request anything from host as space had plenty of room, was clean and had nicely stocked supplies. Is quiet neighborhood, good base location to visit area including national parks, state parks and Canada

Peaceful area. Clean and beautiful home!

We had a fantastic stay at this home. It had a nice big yard for the kids to play in, and a nicely laid out home with a beautiful interior design. We would definitely stay again here in the future.

Great Place Near the Bay

My wife and I plus three family members stayed in this house while we were in Bellingham for a family reunion. While not in Bellingham itself, the house was only a 15 minute drive from the location of the reunion. It was just perfect for us! It is clean, well kept, in a beautiful and quiet location. We had a couple of small maintenence issues, which were corrected by the owner immediately after contacting him. The house had everything we needed for our time in the area. We would definitely recommend this property to others looking to stay in this area.

Very clean and quiet location.

We enjoyed our stay in Ferndale. This property was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. Just a short drive from Bellingham. We were in town for our daughter's college graduation. This property was a very good value for our stay, many local hotels significantly increase prices with graduation. Plenty of room for six adults. Thank you!

Great spot for a cozy weekend away!

I rented the house for a small get-away with a group of friends, and everyone loved the property! The wooded location and decor made it feel very calming and cozy, but with plenty of space for six people. The host was easy to reach and very helpful, the house was clean, and check-in and check-out were both stress-free.

Very nice!

Very nice home with all the amenities. It worked very well for our family trip. Very comfortable beds. Lovely yard. The whole process was very good. We will definitely be back for another visit.
