A very special thank you to our housekeeper, Juliana, who truly made our stay even better. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and took such wonderful care of our room throughout our stay. Everything was always immaculate, and her warmth and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We absolutely loved her! We had such a lovely time at La Palma and would happily return. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel is very scenic and the grounds are lovely especially the pool area. Staff are very helpful too, room was perfect, good size and comfy bed. You can relax here all day and the views are amazing. It’s a bit of a walk up so recommend coming by car/taxi but going down is ok and a supermarket at the bottom and bus stop where you can get to town within 10 mins and Varese nord station. The only negative is the food, it just wasn’t to my liking and good value. I would definitely come back."
