Downtown Living #1

Beautifully decorated apartment located in downtown Fergus Falls. Two bedroom, 1 bath located above retail furniture store. Just steps from the scenic Riverwalk, great shopping, coffee shops and restaurants. Next door to A Center for the Arts for the culture seekers. Directly across the street from the brand new Otter Cove children’s museum! Fun for the whole family!
The space
Spacious two bedroom apartment overlooking the main business street in Fergus Falls. The bathroom is accessed through the second bedroom. Private entrance to the apartment is just up a flight of steps.
Other things to note
Parking on Lincoln Ave is permitted during the day with easy access to the apartment . Reserved overnight parking just for you located behind the apartment.

Very convenient location downtown allowing ability to walk to shops, restaurants and Riverwalk. Cozy inviting apartment with comfortable beds and good amenities.

Back Home to Fergus Falls

We had a wonderful time visiting family and friends in Fergus Falls, MN. The property was just as described. We had access to all that we needed and loved being downtown. The restaurants and shopping were excellent. We enjoyed our visit and will definitely come again. Thank you Keith and Kim!

So nice to have a place to sleep and prepare myself for Family each day. I sleep like a baby on the sleep number bed. 25 steps up to the apartment are worth it.

Cute little place

Cute little apartment above the furniture store. It was cheaper than a hotel and we had way more space and comfort than a hotel. Check-in was super easy with codes. Neighbors were quiet! The bathroom is in one of the bedrooms. Not a deal breaker for me because it was myself and a friend. But if you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night or in the morning when they are sleeping, note that you will be walking through their room. Parking is in the back of the store (entrance door is in front of the store) but you can walk through the store during hours. I would definitely stay again and let others know about this gem.

The listing was as posted, nice and clean. We would stay again. As mentioned, parking is around the block. It took a little while to get the apartment warmed up, but once it did, it was cozy place stay.

Quaint and convenient

Kim was a great, responsive host. Apartment was as advertised uniquely situated in a historic building over the town furniture store. Very walkable to restaurants and several coffee shops. Clean and well decorated. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful weekend in Fergus Falls

Very beautiful downtown living with a cozy atmosphere. All of the amenities were great and we had no issues during our stay. Kim and Keith are great hosts and answered our questions in a timely and respectful manner. If we get the opportunity to come back, we absolutely will.

Top notch

Married couple returning to Fergus Falls to visit friends and family. Found this VRBO in the heart of our former home town. What a gem and such a great location to see all that FF has to offer downtown. Will definitely use it whenever we return to FF.

Four Days in Our Hometown!

We found a gem in our hometown of Fergus Falls, overlooking Main Street! We loved the view, the quaint and homey touches and the space! We won't be staying in one-room motels anymore. And it's half the cost of a motel!

Amazing space & town!

The host was professional and prepared an incredible space for the weekend! Everything was clean, the space was as advertised, there were a bunch of little "extras" like an air mattress, cooking utensils, and towels. The apartment is across one other space which is also an VRBO, so you get a lot of privacy. The town is amazing too! There's a children's museum and bookstore right across the street, a '70s diner down the block, a Mexican restaurant behind the apartment, and more. Honestly, I had as much fun exploring as I did enjoying the room 😁 Would highly recommend; you're in good hands :)

Lovely, Lovely Apartment
