This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The value for the price is exceptional, especially considering the wonderful selection offered at the breakfast buffet. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Nangang. Thank you!

"Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The view is beautiful and I would give it a 5 stars view. The amenities you can buy at reception at extra cost. It’s a 3 Stars hotel so one should not expect a 5 stars amenities and etc. but definitely a 5 stars staff friendliness and view of the lake."

"我去辦理入住的時候沒有帶護照。其實我知道大概會需要，但因為我是跟我的伴一起，他有帶護照。 到櫃檯時，前台人員跟我要護照，我說我沒有，但我朋友可以辦理入住。她拿了他的護照之後，就完全不理我了。 更重要的是，我們傍晚入住後，我去陽台時看到一隻很大的死蟑螂。當時我已經很累了，就想說隔天打掃時應該會處理。 結果隔天早上我們出門，回來之後房間已經打掃過了，但那隻蟑螂還在。 整體來說，客服真的很差。不管是拿咖啡還是去健身房的時候，我都是講英文，但我想應該有很多客人也是只會說英文，可是整體的服務體驗真的不好。"
