Lieu exceptionnel

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances à Telva Alta. Lorsqu’on arrive à la maison, nous apercevons immédiatement la vue unique sur les Dolomites et la ville de Feltre. La maison est très confortable et très bien aménagée.Federica, la propriétaire est adorable. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la nature. Nous recommandons cette location.

Amazing place to spend a vacation

We came to Telva Alta for road cycling and had a great time exploring the beautiful landscape and racing the Sportful Dolomiti Granfondo. The house is very nicely located uphill of Feltre, with a great view into the mountains and it is very well equipped in every respect. Federica gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel at home right from the beginning. Overall a lovely place and a great experience!

Paradise

A unique home, very tasteful, complete in beautiful quiet surrounding. Many possibilities for hikes, (mountain) biketrips and cultural events. Our host Federica was very sympethatic and caring. One can experience her involvement to the house and to her guests. Lot s of privacy around the house. We re dedicated to come back.

Es war sooo schön. Federica ist eine tolle Vermieterin, das Appartment die Veranda, der Tennisplatz, die Aussicht- alles war sehr gut. Und von da aus kann man sehr viel unternehmen! Oder aber einfach da bleiben ;-) Wir wollen wiederkommen.

Beautiful house and beautiful location all alone with a view of the Dolomites. Very nice spacious high sitting room / kitchen / dining room. Extra bedrooms and a bathroom can be booked for a reasonable extra charge. Most beautiful view I've ever had from a tennis court. Very friendly to find all important basics for kitchen and bathroom in the house such as olive oil, coffee and toilet paper. Beautiful activities in the area, hiking in Canali valley and Pale Plateau, Canyoning in Grotta Azzurra, Mountainbiking etc. It is also a good base for further trips to Venice and the Adriatic beaches.

I can’t say enough great things about this property and host. Beautiful home just outside Feltre. Beautifully maintained home and well equipped kitchen as well as items for children, perfect for a longer term stay. Federica was quick to respond and very helpful. The best home rental experience I have ever had by far!

A tranquil holiday stay in the beautiful magical place

My family and i spent wonderful five days at Telva Alta. Federica greeted us in person and show us all the amenities. She also prepare a basket of local sweets and produces. The property is very well maintained, all the flowers, the grass, and the house itself are neat and tidy. The house is spacious with comfortable living room and kitchen. My family spent many meals together in the house. The property is located in a self area but very close to the town by car which makes it super convenient. You can also visit so many natural sights by car. This place really touched our heart and Federica’s warm hospitality, made our stay smooth and relax. We truly appreciate this place and highly recommend for people who are visiting Dolomites.

Ein wundervolles Fleckchen, schön versteckt und ruhig.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 5 Freunden hier und haben das Haus als täglichen Ausgangspunkt für unsere Motorradtouren genutzt. Das Objekt ist sehr versteckt und ohne die großartige Unterstützung unserer Vermieterin Federica im Vorfeld und auch bei der Anreise hätten wir uns schwer getan das Objekt zu finden. Die Zufahrt ist eine schmale geschotterte Privatstraße und ein zauberhaftes Abendteuer für sich. Das Objekt liegt erhöht auf einem Berg über der Stadt und bietet einen tollen Eindruck von außen bei der Ankunft. Alles ist äußerst gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Zum Anwesen gehört sehr viel Grund und wir wurden eingeladen alles gerne zu erkunden. Federica hat uns auf eine Aussichtsbank ca. 500m weiter auf dem Grundstück hingewiesen von der man einen fantastischen Ausblick über das Tal hat. Zur Unterkunft selbst, es ist super schön eingerichtet. Der Wohn- / Essbereich ist offen und großzügig. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und die beiden Schlafzimmer sowie das Bad sind sehr schön und waren sehr sauber. Wir wurden mit Ratschlägen für die Umgebung versorgt, was Essen und Aktivitäten betrifft, das war sehr nett. Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft und Federica nur sehr empfehlen und wir werden noch einmal wieder kommen!

Alles in allem PERFEKT!

Unser Aufenthalt in TelvaAlta war wunderbar, wir wurden mit kühlem Apselsaft von unserer Vermieterin Federica in Empfang genommen, es wurde das Wichtigste zum Haus mitgeteilt und sogleich das Haus gezeigt. Es ist ein schönes offenes Haus, es war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, angefangen beim Geschirr, den vielen Töpfen und Pfannen. Es stand eine Espressomaschine mit den passenden Kapseln bereit. Getränke waren im Kühlschrank bereit gestellt, sowie ein kleiner Korb mit Gebäck und Kuchen und einem kleinen Willkommensgruss. Auch das Bad war sehr sauber, eine Handseife stand auch bereit. Es gibt im Haus eine Waschmaschine, auch hier stand alles nötige wie Waschmittel, Korb, Klammern und Wäscheständer bereit. Bisher hatte ich noch nie ein so gut ausgestattetes und gut erhaltenes Haus erleben dürfen, nur die Freundlichkeit Federicas hat dies noch übertreffen können, ihre Tipps zu Unternehmungen in der Nähe waren hilfreich. Vielen Dank liebe Federica das wir hier einen ruhigen, entspannten und schönen Aufenthalt verbringen durften, wir empfehlen gern weiter ☺️

Beautiful property

Magnifique villa

Vraiment une magnifique villa avec tous les équipements modernes et un charme particulier grâce à l’emplacement qui est exceptionnel. Des vues à couper le souffle de tous les côtés. Wir haben die Woche in Telva Alta sehr genossen und uns bestens erholt. Die Vermieterin ist überaus (gast-) freundlich. Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank, liebe Federica! Die Unterkunft war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch der Außenbereich, fast ein kleines Anwesen, war sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Tennisspieler werden den privaten Platz schätzen. Schade, dass wir nur eine Woche gebucht hatten...

Perfect

After searching for weeks we came across Telva Alta, it fit all of our criteria. Pretty house, some land, but with walking distance to town, some amenities and family friendly. Telva Alta exceeded all of our expectations. The owner was very clear and helpful regarding our travel concerns (due to Corona), and upon meeting her she was a delight. The house and the terrace were fabulous and pristine. But the land was the true highlight. What a property. Large, well maintained, and diverse, with storybook views, a tennis court, live animals, and a very famous bench overlooking the city. The city of Feltre is a true Italian mountain town, that has everything you need, but is relatively untouched by tourism, and the surrounding area is magical. In summary. Just perfect.

Nice and wonderful plasce with a war welcome

Arriving in the evening there was a wonderful surprise: not only the first impression of the house and Federica, but a collcetion for breakfast so that we needn't to go out anymore. Although the weather was not the best, we found a warm place with every and more we needed and could enjoy a wonderful weekend far away from any stress. Ritiro in silenzio

Siamo un gruppo di amici e cercavamo un luogo immerso nella natura, silenzioso e tranquillo. Già sulla strada che conduce a Telva Alta iniziavamo e intuire che sarebbe stato un posto incantevole, ma arrivati sul posto , le nostre aspettative sono state ampiamente superato. L'accoglienza e le premure di Federica, la casa in tutti i suoi dettagli, il paesaggio e soprattutto ciò che stavamo cercando, tranquillità natura e silenzio. Wunderbar!

Dieses wunderbare Haus war das beste Haus, in welchem wir bisher Urlaub verbracht haben. Die wunderbaren Vermieter waren die besten Gastgeber, die wir bisher hatten. Das Haus war das sauberste Haus, was wir bisher hatten. Entgegen unserer Einstellung werden wir hierher wohl doch ein zweites Mal her kommen... :-) Damit könnte die Bewertung eigentlich schon zu Ende sein, da es keine Steigerung gibt. Wir wurden auf das Herzlichste Empfangen! Die Kommunikation vor der Reise hat sehr gut funktioniert. Nach der Ankunft und einem angenehmen Gespräch, betraten wir dieses herrliches, alte Haus. Die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung in der ehemaligen Scheune ist bin ins letzte Detail durchdacht und sehr hochwertig. Man fühlt sich sofort angekommen - die Kinder Dank des Spielzeuges sowieso. Das Haus steht in einer bestens gepflegten Landschaft aus Wiesen und Bäumen - beinahe schon ein Park und dort ganz allein. Himmlische Ruhe. Die Anfahrt erfolgt wie zu einem Herrenhaus. Das Haus besteht aus der "alten Scheune" und dem "alten Turm" und wird nur durch die Gäste bewohnt. Absolute Privatsphäre! Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung war so sauber wie wahrscheinlich ein Reinraum in der Industrie. Das Auto kann direkt am Haus stehen und man hat kurze Wege. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es einen überdachten Freisitz im Seitengebäude an welchem man wunderbar entspannen kann. Vom Haus aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf die Berge und das Grundstück. Die lebendige Stadt Feltre mit Ihren zahlreichen kleinen Geschäften, Bars und guten Gaststätten ist auf kurzem Weg erreichbar. Man "thront" ja quasi oberhalb. Fazit: Absolut zu empfehlen!
