「空港からほど近く、タクシーで約１０分程なので、中心街ではないですが快適に過ごせました。 お願いしていた空港送迎は来てくれませんでしたが、アビジャン空港内の案内カウンターで連絡をしてもらい、タクシーで向かいことになってもホテルと同じ料金でアレンジしてくれたので良かったです。（これはホテルについてではありませんが。。） 部屋は広く過ごしやすく、受付の方もこじんまりとした割にしっかり対応していただけ満足です。」

「Bel établissement mais qui mériterai un meilleur suivi au niveau des fournitures dans les chambres ( ustensile cuisine etc ) Il faut évoluer sur ses points pour dire apparthotel 」

「予約した部屋が、クレジットカードで料金が引き落とされているにも関わらず、確保されていない。また、現地で予約した部屋の代わりの泊った部屋の料金はすでに現金払いしているのに、まだ、予約の時にクレジット払いした料金が戻ってきてない。また、これに対して、ホテルからもエクスペディアからも何も説明がなく困っている。」

「Stay was overall pleasant. The staff is definitely nice to guests. They open the doors for you, when you get back to your hotel from a car, they will open the car door for you… I felt secure the whole time. The room inside was not too bad at all. The standard room is large, the decor was nice, and nice amenities inside like coffee maker, small fridge, and water replenished every day. The restaurant was pretty nice as well. I enjoyed having lunch there or dinner. The food was not excellant...

「周りにショッピングモールやスーパーもあり歩いて買い物できる良い環境。 空港からも近く、渋滞をほぼ気にする必要がないのも良い。 宿泊した部屋にはDon’t Disturb のタグがなく、それは困った。持ってくるようにお願いしたが、結局こず。 ただ、値段が高い…」
