"Although we never met host, our communications were well answered. The property is in a quiet neighborhood which lent to a very relaxing stay. Please note the beds are in the loft, so you have to walk down steps when nature calls in middle of the night. One morning we saw a juvenile manatee and several fish pass the deck. I wish we stayed longer to enjoy the deck and firepit more. We did borrow a kayak that is kept at a different location to paddle Three Sisters Springs where we saw lots of manatee. The home is well equipped for a pleasant stay. The laundry room is in same building which was very convenient. Machines are very clean. The unit is older but clean and comfortable. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we only wishwe could have enjoyed the house and area longer. The house is located on a quiet street an easy15 minute drive from Crystal River. The house itself has more than enough space for a family of four. We.enjoyed the balance of home like comfort and stylih decor. All rooms were exceptionally clean. There was plenty of room to cook dinner and eat in the kitchen. The washer and dryer were helpful after a morning swim in the springs. Once we arrived, the kids were in the kayaks within 45 minutes. Between the kayaks, fishing from the dock, hammock chair, back yard and fooseball table, there was always something to do when we were there. It felt like a home away from home."
