The porch equipped with a barbecue, gas cooker and dishwasher overlooks the 12 x 4 meter sized chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.1 to 1.7 meters. The pool lights illuminate the pool area during the night so you can enjoy a midnight swim. Around the pool, there's a terrace and a garden area with 10 sun loungers.
Interiors are designed with a modern simplicity and high quality furniture that will make you feel at home; not forgetting the amazing views to the fields and forest. The villa could have been served as a template for a glossy interior design magazine; comprising an air conditioned living room with satellite-TV, a stylish and spacious dining room and a modern kitchen including a vitro hob, oven, microwave and kitchenware. There's one classy twin bedroom and a shower bathroom on the ground floor. The master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower bath is on the first floor, same like the remaining two twin rooms (one of them with a shower bath en-suite). Besides, there are two more shower baths on the first floor. All bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe and A/C and two rooms have access to a terrace. The villa is just 70 meters from the main street that connects Portocolom and Felanitx and it may be that you hear the street from time to time. A short drive takes you to Felanitx where you can find shops, supermarkets, restaurants and everything else you'll need for an independent stay.
