"The staff were so lovely and accommodating! Our room was luxurious and we had a lovely view of the river. They even put a happy birthday dessert plate in the room for my husband- very kind! I do want to say that the leisure/pool center was quite a disappointment. It is very outdated and so dirty that I didn't even end up putting my suit on to use the facilities. "The majority of staff were excellent. On our second breakfast, there were different staff. The waitress raised her eyes at me when I asked for the black and white puddings to be removed from my Irish breakfast. I was surprised as I had specifically stated that I did not want black or white puddings?! The restaurant was not quick to remove used plates from the table either. Apart from that, everything else, including location, was perfect!"
