Dirty rooms. We moved twice. Water ran. Breakfast was grab and go. The milk was frozen for the cereal. Pool wasn’t open. People were running in the halls all night or talking very loudly.

All was pretty good for our needs except for guests smoking in the non-smoking rooms and the smell drifting into the hallways.

Once I walked into the lobby the hotel had a bad odor. Front desk staff was very polite. Get to my room and it was ok. I didnt notice until later that the curtains wouldn’t close.

My room had torn window curtains and was unable to close shades. There was a big hole in the wall under the sink. Asked for another room and was given one in another part of the hotel. This one had a roach crawling on the toilet. Was still unable to close shades so room had lights coming in all night. Was noisy at night with doors slamming. Needs renovation.

I booked two rooms in the hotel and in both rooms, we found cockroaches, and rooms were smeley, carpets were stickey, and breakfast tables were stickey. Breakfast was cheap and disgusted. I have images to attach hopefully you have a place for that.
