Private: garden 1'000 m2 (not fenced). 1.3 km long bumpy, narrow motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 3.2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bakery 2 km, café 2 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Cannes" 46 km. Golf course (18 hole) 9 km, fishing possibilities 30 m. Nearby attractions: Gorges du Verdon, Parfumerie de Grasse. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Saint Cassien 13 km, Lac de Sainte Croix 75 km. Hiking paths: Les Adrets de l'Esterel, Gorges du Blavet, Gorges du Verdon. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The owner lives on the same property.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. The river is close to the house. Guests are responsible for their own access to the river. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
