"What a fantastic treehouse surprise! Absolutely beautiful and truly in the forest but steps away from a lovely sauna and hot tub, and the nicest host even has four laying hens! The route we took included some 1-2km twisty dirt road and felt like a real adventure. We stayed here for a romantic birthday two night stay while taking an excellent blacksmithing course at nearby Vans Blacksmithing in Hawkesbury, and stayed another day for open forge time. "Situated on a beautiful lake, close to Lac Simon and other great spots. The open concept cottage was fantastic, and bigger than it looks because of the openness. Quelques soirées très froides (fin mars), mais le poêle a bien joué son rôle. Le bois fourni en abondance était sec et brulait bien. J'ai vraiment apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de Suzanne et ses renseignements sur le site. Il y a de beaux sentiers à explorer. Un endroit que je considère louer à nouveau.
