This original stone holiday home is located in a beautiful park in the middle of a wooded region known as the "Selva di Fasano." With a private, approximately 50 sqm heated pool, it offers ideal conditions for relaxing days. The house has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two twin beds, two bathrooms with showers, and a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, dishwasher, electric stove, dishes, and cooking utensils. A washing machine, Wi-Fi, heating (in the bedrooms), and air conditioning (in the hallway next to the bedrooms) are available, as well as a shaded outdoor terrace with a table and chairs, a charcoal barbecue, sun loungers and ample parking on the fully fenced property.
Pool heating is optional and costs €100 for preparation plus €10 per day, plus electricity costs. The water temperature depends on the weather; it typically provides 6-8°C more than an unheated pool and is therefore very popular in spring and autumn, especially with younger guests.
The nearest restaurant is just 300 metres away, and several supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The surroundings of the Selva di Fasano are particularly charming. Also known as the "green lung of Puglia," the region is known for its picturesque landscape on a natural plateau approximately 400 meters above sea level and offers numerous recreational opportunities. A highlight is the Zoosafari, a large animal park 3 km away, which delights both children and adults. There are also many hiking and cycling trails through the natural surroundings. The proximity to other attractions, the world-famous "trulli" and towns such as Alberobello, Ostuni, Monopoli, etc., makes the Selva di Fasano an ideal starting point for excursions and explorations. The nearest beaches are about a 15-minute drive away: there are both long sandy beaches and small, hidden coves with crystal-clear waters that invite you to take a refreshing dip.
Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €24 per person.
Final cleaning is not included and costs €120, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
Pets are NOT allowed in this property.
We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,45 on 26/10/2025, when this text was last updated, but as prices are fluctuating a lot, your actual price per kWh will be communicated a few days before your arrival based on the current market price.
We decided not to include electricity costs in the rent in order to: a) keep our rental prices stable despite inflation and b) incentivate our guests to use electricity responsibly, helping us to reach our sustainability goals. Thank you for your understanding.

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.
Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.
Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.
In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.
Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.
