We had bugs on our ceiling, in our bathroom, and in our bed. Our shower was lukewarm at best. I told the front desk and they did nothing to accommodate or compensate us. I hardly ever complain about issues, but this was pretty poor. If I need a hotel in Alexandria I'll find somewhere else to go.
