Our room gave us a stunning view of the sunset into the Atlantic. The Aeromar is a favourite of ours - offering great accommodation and food. Clean, simple and unpretentious. Great bus links to the airport, Faro and beyond

The staff are really helpful, rooms serviced every day, great views from the roof of the Atlantic Ocean. The beach is 100m from the hotel. The restaurant is good with a selection of dishes cooked with locally produced food. A very pleasant place to stay.

The hotel manager was extremely polite, check in was extremely easy. Room was gorgeous, clean, very comfortable. Breakfast was really nice, can’t beat the location. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Small and simple hotel. Just what we were looking for. Deck looked towards the ocean and beach, plus great for people watching. Nice buffet for breakfast. Walked across the street to the most amazing seafood restaurant.

Wonderful overnight stay before flying home to Canada.Fesk clerk was very friendly and helpful and made you feel welcome.Decent breakfast in the morning.Syaffvrecommended a nature trail nearby for morning walk.I was given an hour later check out time.Would stay again.

Practical. Very overpriced.

Stayed for 1 night due to location of the airport. Staff were friendly and barely 5 minutes in a taxi from the airport. Breakfast was ok. Hotel is very dated. The (white) toilet had orange ageing all around it. Bathroom was very cramped in general. Matttess was rock solid, and I like a hard mattress! Could hear the planes running at all hours, wasn't a great nights sleep. Not sure what I expected though with it being so close to the airport, so maybe thats on me. Balcony view, local beach looked nice. Overall, its a ok hotel but absolutely not worth the premium I paid.

A charming older beach hotel. The staff are as friendly and welcoming as can be. The location is directly across from the longest and loveliest beach we ever seen. The restaurant was unassuming and wonderful. What a find!

Old style with comfort

Great location and service! Rooms are big and comfortable. Beds are firm & nice. Bathroom is tight but manageable. Old style, you leave the bedroom key at the door, but nice.

Right by the Atlantic ocean. The hotel is walkable from Faro Airport in approximately 30 minutes or you can catch the number 16 bus from the Airport for €3.00 which goes directly to the beach. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and will do anything to help you enjoy your stay. The hotel has a restaurant and snack bar which serves some excellent food a lot of which is locally sourced. The rooms are comfortable and are serviced every day. A very nice place to stay.

We chose Aeromar because it was a small locally owned family run hotel with a restaurant. We had a great time and were treated like special visitors by the staff. It has small European sized rooms. Very clean. Nice bathroom. No mini fridge but staff stored our food in hotel’s refrigerator. We will be back to stay here again. A special thank you to Carlos.

Nice Hotel right near the beach. The Room was nice with a balcony, the only problem was the Traffic outside from 7am all the way to 2am none stop cars, bikes coming over the bridge to get parking spaces its just way to noisy as should as you step outside the hotel the traffic all the way up the road its crazy ! Even the bin men come at 2am in the morning So if you stay in the front off the hotel your get NO sleep at all. Its a shame because i do like the hotel as its right to the beach & only 5 mins away from the airport.

A nice hotel that needs an Update

The hotel is old but has a character to it. The staff on the front desk were wonderful and super friendly. A platter of fruit and a large bottle of water were provided on arrival. Tea abd coffee making facilities in the room. No lift but only 2 floors. Rooms were dated but spacious and comfortable. There was a balcony overlooking the lagoon which was very relaxing. I would avoid dinner here, there are plenty of better options nearby. The breakfast, however, is wonderful and plentiful. The rooms can be noisy in the evening from the resident band and singer (awful) but it finishes at 11pm. I would stay again if I was jn the area. Convenient for the airport and Uber cost about €6 each way.
