In addition, our house is truly a treat for fishermen. Lake D' Arbonne is one of the top fishing lakes in the country and home of some of the top fishing tournaments in the US. Even if just for relaxation and to unwind from the hustle and bustle of daily life, Lake D' Arbonne is a great place to go.
    FYI: No events/gatherings held in/on the property. Parking is limited. Boat launch nearby, we only have a boat house to store/tie your boat.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights

Strip all used beds, fold the quilts put them aside. Put dirty linens and used towels in the laundry baskets and store them close to the front door,

Rinse w/ dish soap all used kitchen utensils( Put food particles, grease/used cooking oil in a jar put them in the trash as we don't have a garbage disposal. Load them all in the dishwasher and run it

Remove personal items, anything left in the house after check out will be in the trash. Turn off lights, turn off AC and push the lock button when you leave. Thank you!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Fees are lowered to compensate incidental insurance. If there’s no claims against you, refund will be returned 15 business days after checked out.

Beautiful property on a beautiful lake. Very comfortable and roomy cottage with a nice covered porch just steps from the lake. Booked during the local watermelon festival with live music, activities, food and crafts. That was a fun experience for adults and kids in addition to the stunning lake. I definitely recommend.

Nice relaxing stay

The house was setup very nicely .We were 2 couples and 2 bathrooms were nice, I like the boathouse with fish cleaning station we had 2 fishing boats and was plenty of room for them , it was a little tight getting 2 trailers and 2 trucks in yard if center chain link fence was down it would of been a bit easier for our trailers to get in Overall it is a very nice place and we was very pleased

Very clean and well maintained. Quiet, peaceful location conveniently located just minutes from town. Nice back porch to sit and enjoy the lakefront views, watch the waterfowl on the water and the squirrels playing in the back yard. Was amply stocked with everything you would ever need.
