We decided to meet the owners and so glad we did they are so friendly and took the extra time with us to overcome the language barriers. "Séjour très, très agréable de le Kota, en famille (2 adultes, 2 enfants) Les enfants étaient ravis de la "petite maison en bois" et de la proximité avec les animaux de la ferme (les parents aussi!). Coin très calme, reposant. Nous pensions que le bain nordique était un petit plus sympa : c'était bien plus que cela, par un soir de fin mars un peu frais, profiter d'un bain nordique bien chaud en extérieur, dans l'intimité, nous a fait beaucoup de bien. "Great hotel opposite the Louvre. Stylish, comfortable and interesting. Great breakfast but a little on expensive side. Excellent staff where nothing was too much trouble. Dog friendly and parking on site. Restaurant closed on Sunday night but planchas are well done. Really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely stay again."

"Very nice hotel, but not easy to find,,, keep your eyes open and look out for McDonalds,,, the sign for the hotel is near to it!" The room was lovely, comfortable bed and it had a coffee machine which was a bonus! Only downside was the restaurant being closed, but it was a Sunday and it wasn't busy. I would definitely stay there again!"

"we stay here every year en route from Calais to the alps. Really great hotel for a stopover. Staff are super friendly and there is always a pizza and a pint waiting. Room services and reception staff all friendly and helpful. Very good location too if you want to visit Arrass."

"We were left needing overnight accommodation due to issues on the tunnel crossing, so we booked this hotel right at the last minute. There were four of us, and so having the ability to have us all in one room was ideal. Being a dog friendly hotel was also a huge bonus, being as we were travelling with our pets. We paid a very reasonable rate for a last-minute stay, including a fantastic breakfast the next morning. We were also travelling in a large 4x4 vehicle with a roof box, so we needed unrestricted height parking; another huge advantage to this property. If we needed another overnight stay somewhere not too far from the border, this would be my first option in the future."
