「Beautiful public areas. The restaurant was good but no coffee before 8 AM available. Hotel room furniture is very dated but clean and if you are only sleeping in the room and not there, all day it is fine. Staff was very, very friendly and helpful.」

「This is a modern hotel which looks good from the outside, but we found it seriously lacking in a number of areas. First, we stayed for three days, but our room was never cleaned at all. I thought it was an oversight after the first night, but the second night the housekeeping staff was again a "no show." We told the front desk, and of course they profusely apologized. 「Parking was easy and free. Staff within were not very professional. Getting food was terrible-very slow, not helpful and didn't care. Couldn't fathom check in rules as we couldn't get a room earlier yet a family member who had not arrived could....same type room. Crazy. I know it wasn't checkin time but we had to get changed for an evening wedding do and asked but they weren't very pleasant with their attitude」
