What a fantastic stay in this hotel. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were always greeted with friendly, helpful staff, whether it be answering our queries or just saying a friendly hello as we passed. The services offered were amazing- free tea, coffee, cold water and fruit and the breakfast catered for all tastes. Thank you for a great stay.

Fint men inget för bra sömn

Plus: Mysiga och fina allmÀnna ytor, sÄsom lobby och matsal, mycket fint. Minus: nÀr vi kom in pÄ rummet sÄg vi dock att det lÄg jordnöt pÄ golvet och var snor pÄ nattduksbordet. Vi hade mycket svÄrt att sova dÄ ventilationen lÀt vÀldigt högt och det var mycket varmt i rummet.

Trevligt besök i Falun!

Hej! Vi inkl. hunden Àr mycket nöjda med vÄr övernattning. Bra service vid incheckningen dÄ jag missat att meddela att en hund finns med samt centralt lÀge. Hann med ett mycket trevligt besök pÄ Dalarnas museum för mig som hÄllit pÄ Leksands IF i hockeyn sedan mitten av 70-talet.

Personal i reception gjorde att betyget var bra. Otrolig service. TyvÀrr har hotellet ingen AC sÄ har man ont av vÀrme, kvavt o varmt sÄ Àr det inte bra. Sen har matsalen ingen AC sÄ osten mm pÄ frukosten var lite svettig. Sen fick jag redan kl 07.50 en fralla som var frÄn dagen innan. Torr o trÄkig. Men service fr personal i reception gjorde att resan blev bra.

The hotel was worn down, dirty and out dated. We were there in July and the hotel didn’t have AC and it was miserable. The rooms were probably over 90 degrees and so was the common areas. The service was friendly but extremely slow.
