"Upon arrival , the room carpet was dirty, due to high volume we couldn’t switch rooms . Food was expensive and skimpy, the staff barely knows all the new rules . I come here at least twice a year , so much has changed this year that I will never go back here again . Expedia also gives vip perks that they take advantage of . Less wristbands that before etc "

"Ok so let’s set expectations. This is more like a MOTEL. I was very ignorant to that. The doors are on the ‘outside’. We were a party of 4 and half wanted to stay, the other half didn’t and did NOT stay. The front desk was very accommodating when I asked if we could get another room when the first room we were given had a slight odor. We did not eat the breakfast but the lobby and property itself is very clean. It’s right next to a WAFFLE HOUSE which was exciting for me butttt it was so busy in the morning we never ate there. The rest of our family had an AirBnB 6 mins down the way. The parking lot was a little seedy at times however I feel for the price we paid it was better than expected for a Motel. "
