Beautiful home, great location

We have traveled with friends from AZ to CA each year for over a decade. The home fit our 2 families (10 people total) great and had so much to keep our kids entertained! Corey was a great host and super responsive! Super convenient to go to Oceanside for the beach or just spend time hanging at the house or in the amazing backyard. We hope to be back and highly recommend it!!

What a Bliss

Marine Grad Stay

The house was really nice…unfortunately it was really far from where my son was graduating it took 1.5 hour one way due to traffic if your going to Camp Pendleton it’s really close but not close to MCRD.There were no wash clothes for bathing so we had to run to Walmart but other than that it was a nice house my husband and daughter enjoyed the basketball court.

Needs attention

There were no check-in instructions. There were no check out instructions. The home was not clean (spider webs in corner, spills down coffee table, hair in shower, etc.) The care taker came a day early thinking we had checked out. The main floor bedroom I planned to have my 85 year old mother use so she wouldn't have to use stairs but it had no box spring so it was so low to ground she couldn't use it. They had nice appliance's in the kitchen but was listed as a chef's dream but had very little kitchen items (no tongs, etc.). It listed a pickleball court but it was extremely lacking and a shuffleboard table that was sagging.

Family Wedding in the area

We were pleasantly surprised! It is a magical place not only the location but the property also. Very well maintained with very large property and gorgeous landscape even a beautiful peacock walked by. Outdoor fireplace and so much more. Inside is impeccable and decorated perfectly. It felt like beautiful California back in the day. 10 out of 10 rating!

Amazing Getaway

The house was very lovely and the property was huge. My friends and I were very pleased with how well the communication was and how beautiful the house was. We had everything we needed and plenty of rooms for everyone to sleep comfortably. I recommend booking this lovely house as you will not be disappointed. Thank you for letting us stay here!

Modern Day Farmhouse

It is a beautiful, secluded farmhouse-style home tastefully decorated. The spacious bedrooms have comfortable beds, and we enjoyed waking up to the sounds of nature. We were very impressed with the LG Steam Closet and also pleasantly surprised with the bottle of wine we received as a welcome gift. My son had the pleasure of meeting David (the owner), and he was very accommodating. If we visit again, we will choose this home to stay in.

Escape Daily Life

Lovely place. Honestly gutted we only had a few days and couldn’t stay longer. I feel like there was so much more to explore, I never did find the chess set which was one of my draws because we didn’t really go out back. Jodi was super communicative and willing to help with anything we needed. Definitely remote. 15 minutes down winding roads to get to anything, which wasn’t long in time, but because of the winding roads it felt far. Absolutely beautiful views on the drive though. The house itself has personality and it was fun discovering different things about it. Loved the kitchen and the way we were able to gather as a group in multiple spaces.
