「Dianne was the best!!! I travel with my company and 3 weeks out of the month I will be staying with Best Western because of her. My first trip there was an issue with the plumbing but, management and the maid service was so very attentive and helpful. I was upgraded and everything went smoothly the rest of the weekend. I will be staying at this location EVERY TIME I come to Dayton Texas!! Great job guys!!!」

"It's good that it's close to the airport. However, there are few restaurants in the neighborhood. The airport shuttle is a conspicuous blue, so it's easy to find. This is very easy to find from among the many hotel shuttles.
I asked the hotel cloakroom to pick me up to the Houston Space Center. The driver was very kind."

The room was clean, all foods are delicious in this hotel's restaurant, and staffs are very kind.
My room card doesn't work well, but staff soluted quickly.
But I felt sometimes dishes and cutleries were little bit durty and it was only one point what was on my mind.
If I visit Houston again, I will stay here again!
