"Some basics have been missed out during check-in. Wi-fi login and pswd were not provided and had to call from room. A simple note with login information would have made it easier for us. Washroom sink was blocked, hair dryer was not working and had to call the front desk multiple times but never received a working hair dryer. Room and bathroom were clean. Caution: Make sure to check the directions when using google maps ( do not use the inner roads)in case e-auto driver does not know the directions to this hotel. Restaurant food was good. Customer service matters after paying so much for the stay."

"They just have a house with bedrooms. There is no hotel there. What picture of the property they show in their site does not exist. They are cheaters and are cheating the public with their advt. Nobody should book this hotel "

"They were mean. They had Expedia payment but tried to again ask for money. Did not have us the rooms we booked. Then tried to harass. Owner was rude and tried to cheat. "

"The stay was great as the room was big with a well furnished set up, bathroom and anteroom for keeping your stuff. The hotel has a restaurant that serves great food. Breakfast is a good spread and room service is also available. The location is good as it is half hour away from the airport and 10 minutes away from Ram Mandir. The staff is very attentive, helpful and caring and guide you on your plans regarding visits to the temple and other sights in and around Ayodhya. Overall had a great stay at the hotel and am going to recommend to my friends and family as well!"
