"The Motel 6 is ideal for a budget traveler like myself. It offers good-sized rooms with large bathrooms and ample storage space. The Wi-Fi was reliable and very solid. The staff were great! The location is in the east end of Peterborough but is on the main drag, Lansdowne Street. Hang a left out of the parking lot and within five minutes you have a choice of two shopping malls, every type of food you crave and easy access to Ottawa or Toronto. I was in town to play golf so I didn't venture downtown. In summary, Motel 6 offers affordable, clean rooms in a great location with great staff. It is now my go-to should I return in the future. Thanks for a great stay!"

"The cottage was exactly as described in the description in Vrbo. We loved being right on the bay, the swimming was awesome, beautiful sunsets with excellent bedrooms as two of them are on corners, with windows on each side. Feeling the breeze at night and hearing the loons in the distance, what more can you ask for. The inside of the cottage is very nice as we loved all the wood throughout. Having cable television would have made this cottage a 10 out of 10 for sure. Thank you to Jennifer who responded quickly to a few small issues. We also enjoyed talking with our neighbor next door. He made us feel welcome and offered his assistance if we needed anything. All in all, a super one week in Havelock! Thank you!"

"What a charming and unique accommodation! We were greeted by our delightful hostess Margaret, who gave us a tour of our suite and made sure we had everything we needed. She left us croissants with butter and homemade jam for our breakfast the next morning, as well as cream for the Keurig coffee. The gardens on this property are amazing! They are a must-see if you are passing through the area. There is a garden center attached to the home selling plants, gifts, and treasures of all kinds. We had a balcony off of our kitchen that looked out over the gardens in back. Such a beautiful view to enjoy with morning coffee! The unit was comfortable and clean with many personal touches. We really felt at home here."
