    The Space:

    Live under par at this Eagle Crest townhome. Boasting 18th fairway views from a private deck, this two-bedroom townhome offers on-site access to a variety of amenities including a shared pool and golf.



    Unwind at home after the day's adventures with a relaxing soak in the private hot tub or fire up the gas grill for an afternoon cookout while watching golfers finishing up their rounds. The living room offers comfortable seating. Each room features a smart TV for evening entertainment. A peninsula style fireplace offers cozy ambiance for both the living and dining areas. For family mealtimes, the kitchen comes well-equipped with all major appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. There's seating for two at the breakfast bar and the dining table can accommodate up to eight.



    Both bedrooms are located upstairs for guest privacy and separation from household living areas. Primary guests will enjoy private balcony access and a spacious en suite with a soaking tub and standalone shower. A second, shared bathroom is also located upstairs. We came to town to spend time with our daughter and newborn grandson. This location was perfect for us, quiet and had everything we needed. We will stay here again.

Nice desert getaway

This unit has 2 decks, hot tub and BBQ and is made for a good time. Beds are comfortable, clean and plenty of towels. It has passes for the sports center and spa which is wonderful. I would stay here again.

This rental was so very comfortable, from the spacious sectional to the dreamy king size bed in the main bedroom. Although, the icing on the cake was waking up and having a great cup of coffee out on the deck overlooking the golf course and watching a family of deer grazing. Will absolutely go back to this lovely rental and recommend it highly!

The house was very close to park, pool, and basketball. The layout of the house was great. The master bed was very comfortable. Had everything we needed. There was some cleaning that could have been done better though.

Golf trip

This property sits right on the 9th hole at Eagle Crest. The pictures are an accurate reflection of the unit. Guests will enjoy the well-designed layout as well as the super comfy hot tub that sits on the deck. Would stay at this property again.

Easy all around for a family of four!

Our family of four loved this spot to stay in Eagle Crest. It had comfy couches, a great hot tub, and an extremely functional kitchen. The location was close to amenities so that we could walk there and the six passes available to use at the amenities made life so much easier. The parking area was shared with other units, but also a great spot for our new bike riders so go safely around. I would highly recommend this location!

State baseball tournament

My family and I were here for a little league all star tournament in Madras. Although we had a little bit of a commute, knowing the relaxation and peacefulness of the fairway home was waiting for us made it worth the drive. The hot tub was inviting, the beds comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all of your basic needs. We even used the washer and dryer to clean our son’s baseball uniform. We would definitely return and recommend staying here. Next time we hope to take advantage of the passes that come with the house that give access to the sports clubs, pools and spas.

Eagle Crest at 1117 Golden Pheasant

The kitchen is beautifully updated. The bathrooms need the same attention though - the cabinets are too low as are the toilets. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that there are no Kleenex tissues. The huge shower head (read "too big for the size of shower") in the tiny shower has low water pressure. The hot tub was clean and nice. There were dead flies (or other) in the window sill in the kitchen. The king size bed was quite comfortable.
