「This property is a great value! It is an older home but has been updated. It has a very homey feel and was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the things we needed to make our meals and all amenities' promised were available. The backyard was Stunning! 」

Could solve that by having a cheat sheet of when garbage should be taken down. Need to change description about the garage remote and get email information when checking in for app. Clarification about check out rules/requests. Grill has seen better days.」

「The property owner didn’t sent the details of how to get into the location as mentioned which should’ve been 24 hours ahead of time. Once we checked in the location was ok besides tons of spider webs on the outside. The location had a smell in there once arriving air fresheners could have helped. The shower door in the master bath continued to be off track which caused me and my friend to be stuck in the shower. There were no bath rugs weren’t there. The towels had dark spots and wholes in them....

「It was challenging to have no dishwasher, and complicated access to laundry and yard, due to Tenant living below. Parking was a challenge too. I recommend more towels and convenient features.」
