「The staff was very friendly both at check in and when checking out. Our room was upgraded at check in without even asking! The room was very clean and comfortable. The night we stayed the hotel was very quiet. 」

「The Ashford loft is not up to the standards typically followed in most VRBOs I’ve stayed in throughout the area. The space in the loft is very poorly laid out, the step up bathroom is on the opposite side of the loft, from the bedroom, the carpets need to replaced as they are worn out and appear to be dirty. The bedroom mattress and the bedding (pillows, sheets, mattress pad, etc.) are old and worn out. The electrical outlets are not conveniently located and appear to be outlets from years ago....
