Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a washing and drying machine, and waterfront views. The bathroom is equipped with a shower for your comfort, along with towels and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. While this is a duplex unit, we own both sides and the garages separate the walls and sound proof your space for a quiet and private experience on the lake.

Fairbanks Waterfront

Our stay was great. House was fantastic, clean, well stocked and great view. Right on the water. We go to Fairbanks at least once a year and this place will stay on the list for future visits.
