Great location right in the heart of the historic city centre. Hotel was basic but serviceable. The hotel reception and breakfast area was very small but very clean and friendly staff. Unfortunately my room on the 3rd floor had a few misquote visitors so I didn’t sleep very well. Would recommend insect replient.

This magnificent, luxurious hotel is located at the centre of everything. Just a short walk to the Duomo, to various markets, to wonderful little restaurants and so many shops. We truly loved our stay at Bernini Palace. The service was exceptional. The staff at the front desk were always ready to assist with directions, recommendations and reservations. Truly a pleasure. The daily breakfast buffet was just excellent. So much variety and beautifully presented. The rooms were just stunning. The decor and service levels added to the enjoyment of our stay in Florence. Thank you to all the staff at Bernini Palace for making our visit to Florence even more memorable.

The location was great, the room was uneventful, nothing like the pictures and our room windows looked out to a wall. We tried to move rooms but the only room they had was much smaller.
